Good Clean Reps

3. Stiff Leg Deadlifts or RDL’s – 4 sets X 10, 10, 8/failure, 8/failure
Last 2 Sets Superset with Lying Leg Curls to failure

4. Linear Hack Squats – 3 sets X 12, 10, 10/failure
Last Set Drop to Zero Weight, Single Leg to Failure
